Nevertheless, we understand that there may be instances when our software may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Customers are eligible to request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any refund requests made after this period will not be considered.
    • Prior to issuing a refund, the customer must uninstall and delete all copies of the software from their devices.
    • Proof of purchase may be required to facilitate a refund request.

2. Software Compatibility Issues:

    • If our software fails to function due to incompatibility with your hardware or software, and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • No refund will be issued if a customer mistakenly purchases the wrong product but then proceeds to purchase the correct product from us.
    • We do not provide refunds for software purchased at a discounted rate or on sale.
    • Software purchased for an unsupported or incompatible device or system will not be eligible for a refund.
    • We do not offer refunds due to issues related to your computer's performance, such as slow processing speed or limited memory.

4. Refund Procedure:

    • All refund requests must be submitted to our Customer Support team via email at info@vivaldi3d.com.
    • Upon receiving your refund request, our team will evaluate it and inform you of the decision within 10 business days.
    • If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy:

    • Vivaldi 3D reserves the right to alter this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately after being posted on our website.

By purchasing from Vivaldi 3D, you agree to this Refund Policy and forfeit any rights to challenge or dispute it. We will not be held accountable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.
